Those who really need only to surf the web, read/write emails and do some other simple tasks (like reading an e-book). If you had to use a conventional keyboard and a mouse would you even consider it? probably not.
So what is the innovation? A touchscreen with on-screen keyboard? All this marketing hype doesn't really touch me, and it will not bring me to the point to buy one (unless I can get it for 100 bucks, so I have something to play with!)

It will be a long time before it evolves enough to be worth buying. Until then, I'll stick with my laptop. After all, it's about the same size, it does have a web cam, and I can connect to any mobile 3G network I choose to :o)

And no innovative cloud/iPad interaction either...

It seems the independed software developers are expect to deliver the true innovation on this platform.
